Boost your energy, keep muscles Under tension, Release stress with breathwork, and focus on the Negative ( or eccentric contractions) for movement Time under tension produces results you'll feel and see. Low impact, effective training.

Locker room, shower, towels and all equipment needed for class is provided with a spa-like lobby area.
