Mat Pilates Class at Miami Squeeze

It’s time to sculpt and squeeze. Join us Saturday August 15th for a free mat Pilates class! This community event will take place on the Miami Squeeze deck at 7 AM. We look forward to seeing you there for a morning of movement!

Know Before You Go:

1. The Pilates class is open to attendees 18 years of age or older.

2. All attendees will be required to sign a medical disclaimer waiver and release of liability to partake in the Pilates class.

3. Yoga mats will not be provided. We ask that you please bring your own mat for the session.

4. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to review and sign the forms before class begins.
