Mat Pilates class at CALI Brandon

BODYBAR Pilates and CALI Brandon are excited to offer a pop-up mat Pilates class! Come and get a full body workout in just 50 minutes! This class will prep you for a Pilates reformer class and get the most out of your legs, arms, and abs with energizing variations of lunges, planks, pikes, crunches, and more.

This class starts at 9am, so please arrive 10 minutes early for a smooth check-in and don’t forget to bring a mat, water, and an optional set of hand weights.

At the end of class, hang out and grab coffee or your favorite brunch item by CALI and get a chance to sign up for a Free Pilates Reformer class at BODYBAR.
