Mat Pilates Charity Class with DJ

The holidays are a special time for many of us, but also a challenging time for many others. This is a chance for us to help make a small impact in aiding those who may be les foirtunate than oursleves.

This will be an *All levels class, with beginner and advanced movement options available in the sequence. FREE mats are available on site but you are welcome to bring your own.

A donation of one non perishable food item will be accepted, and all proceeds will go to the Toronto Food bank.
