Mat based Pilates Flow is a class focusing on the grounding qualities of Pilates movements.Each exercise focuses on diaphragmatic breathing to release tension in overactive muscles and muscular restrictions, along with strengthening the deep abdominal muscles to improve spinal alignment and posture.
The class will incorporate functional training to help improve the way we move, which can help elevate pain along with improving our physique.
The class helps to energise the body, improve strength, tone, mobility and flexibility.
