Join the communal table for a 4 course peach menu with peach cocktailsMy old friend Josh Hyman joins as he prepares matching peach cocktails to some of my favorite peach dishes. Only 12 seats available at the communal table for this special event.
1) Saheena (Trinidad street food; dal and greens fritters with chana, peach chutney an peach kuchela.
Prosecco and Peach (Bellini)
2) Red Gazpacho: Roasted peaches, tomatoes and peppers garnished with cucumber, radish, peach, radish sprout, red onion
Peach Hemingway Daquiri (rum, lime, maraschino, peach)
3)Southern Plate: Southern fried tempeh (homemade fava bean tempeh) with peach brbecue sauce. Peach cornbread, house pickles, succotash, dirty rice and more.
Peach and Ginger Iced Tea ( rum, tea, peach, ginger)
4) Peach Cobbler and peach ice cream ( Brandy, Peach, Soda)
Mocktails are also available for those who prefer not to drink alchohol.
