The City of Watauga and ArtsNET are pleased to welcome Squezeebox Bandits to the Capp Smith Park for a concert on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.Squeezebox Bandits of Fort Worth, have been bringing old honky-tonk music back and giving it a twist for over 5 years now. The band is led by front man Abel Casillas (vocals and accordion) and includes Geoff West (guitar), Austin Gardea (bass) and Matt Calderon (drums). Released on Cinco de Mayo this year, their third album, Check to Check, reflects that honky-tonk sound with a Tex-Mex flavor. All three of Squeezebox Bandits Album are available now on all Music Streaming Platforms.
Through the MasterWorks Series, the City of Watauga and ArtsNET present free performances on selected evenings throughout the year. The MasterWorks Series is designed to offer a variety of quality family entertainment to the community by utilizing the talent of local, regional, and national artists.
