The goal of this class is to explore the real reasons why buyer representation agreements often go unsigned—and the challenges license holders face when working with buyers in today’s market.
Through practical discussion and real-world scenarios, we will break down common objections, misunderstandings, and missed opportunities that prevent buyer agreements from being executed. Using the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) form as a foundation, this course will clearly explain the importance of agency relationships and how to effectively communicate the value of buyer representation to prospective clients.
