Mastering Me 3.0: PERIOD. powered by Natural Cycles, is the third installment in That Good's women's wellness series, and this time, we're going back to the foundations. This edition is all about period health: removing the stigma, closing the gap in science-backed education, and creating space for open, informed conversations around one of the most fundamental aspects of women's health.

The keynote discussion, moderated by Catriona “Coco” Smart, founder of That Good, will feature Dr. Natalie Crawford, double board-certified OB-GYN and reproductive endocrinologist, who you might recognize from her recent blockbuster feature on The Diary of a CEO. She is also the author of USA Today bestseller, The Fertility Formula, and her podcast, As a Woman, is one of the most popular podcasts on streaming platforms and has reached over 6 million downloads.

Our morning panel of experts will include Miranda Popen, certified hormone nutritionist and founder of The Period Lab; Dr. Yolanda Kirkham, Canadian OB-GYN, assistant professor at the University of Toronto, and health communicator; and Dr. Steffe D'Ornellas, a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor.
