His leadership story began with true entrepreneurial grit: driving across the country, buying used dental equipment, picking it up, cleaning it, restoring value, and selling it on eBay. Over time, Atlas grew from a scrappy resale operation into a highly specialized business serving dental practices across the country. Then COVID hit, forcing Mason and his team to rethink the entire business model.
Rather than retreat, they innovated. Atlas became a one-of-a-kind used dental equipment procurement, logistics, and resale business.Today, Mason is leading Atlas through its next major transformation: learning how to use data, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve decision-making, pricing, operations, and growth.
