You'll leave with a local marketing plan, a stack of content ideas you can actually execute, and a lead strategy that doesn't depend on buying leads.

This is the inbound side. Your Google Business Profile is what decides whether you appear when someone in your farm area searches "realtor near me" at 9 p.m. on a Tuesday. You'll learn profile optimization, a posting strategy that keeps you ranking, and review tactics that build the credibility Google rewards.

Why they belong together

Hyperlocal marketing builds your reputation in a specific area. Your Google Business Profile is what makes that reputation findable the moment someone is ready to act. Do the first without the second and you're doing great work that nobody can find. Do the second without the first and you're findable, but forgettable.

Take them together and you've got a system: you show up in the neighborhood, and you show up in the search results when that neighborhood goes looking.
