After a successful 15-year career in Human Resources and personally paying off more than $266,000 in debt, Rhonda now empowers others through coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements. Curtis Byrd is a Certified Financial Planner™ with over a decade of experience in wealth management. A Durham native and graduate of UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, he earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Accounting while serving as a starting fullback for the UNC varsity football team.
