About the lecturer
Robert Maxim is a Board Member at KPMG Romania and an experienced management consultant with extensive expertise in strategic growth, business transformation, and organizational optimization. Formerly a Partner at Ensight Management Solutions, he joined KPMG following the firm’s integration and brings deep knowledge of the Romanian consulting market. Throughout his career, Robert has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including Financial Services, Retail, Energy, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals. His professional background also includes successful entrepreneurial investments in sectors such as retail and agribusiness, as well as active roles as a Board member in financial, medical, and agricultural organizations.
Within the Strategic Growth Management Program at BISM, Robert combines hands-on consulting experience with a strategic, board-level perspective on sustainable growth and business transformation.
