Join us for a special masterclass led by María Grazia Goya Barquet, exploring the intersection of nature, documentary, and ways to frame our landscapes through cinematography.
María is an Ecuadorian-born director and cinematographer based in Barcelona, working internationally. Her short film Hello Sea! is featured in IberoDocs’ The Sea programme.
Her most recent cinematography project, Only on Earth (dir. Robin Petré), premiered at Berlinale 2025 and later won Best Cinematography at Millennium Docs Against Gravity 2025.
Through an introduction to her work and practical exercises, this masterclass provides a unique space to reflect on the world around us and how we capture it with our cameras.
