Masterclass in Amsterdam: Creating & Monetizing Signature Coaching Programs
About this Event
Paid, Purposeful and In Demand: Best Practices for Creating & Monetizing Signature Coaching Programs with
From sporadic coaching to a signature program.
How do you turn your coaching experience, expertise and ideas into an offering that clients can clearly understand—and want to invest in?
Join us in Amsterdam on 3 October for an interactive masterclass with Nadezhda Mihaylova, followed by an evening of conversation and connection with the Erickson coaching community.
Designed for practicing coaches, Erickson alumni and learners, as well as aspiring coaches, this session goes beyond developing strong coaching skills. Together, we’ll explore how coaches can shape their experience into signature programs, make effective use of group coaching, and approach the business side of coaching with greater clarity and intention.
If you’re already coaching, this is an opportunity to look at how you can move from individual or sporadic engagements toward a more focused and sustainable coaching offer.
If you’re considering becoming a coach, you’ll gain a practical glimpse into how professional coaches can translate their skills and experience into programs that create value for clients.
What You’ll Explore
During this 90-minute masterclass, Nadezhda will guide an interactive exploration of three key areas:
- Leveraging group coaching to expand the way you work with clients and create meaningful learning experiences
- Turning your experience and familiar models into signature coaching programs that reflect your strengths, perspective and expertise
- Best practices for selling signature programs, including how to communicate their value with clarity and confidence
There will also be space for group coaching and practice sharing, giving you the opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from other coaches and explore your own signature-program possibilities.
Bonus Material
We’ll also touch on some of the internal shifts that often accompany building a coaching practice, including:
- Moving from learner to earner and stepping more fully into your professional identity
- Exploring your relationship with money and pricing
- Finding and refining your niche
- Developing the confidence to communicate what you offer and whom you serve
The learning continues beyond the masterclass.
We’ll spend the rest of the evening connecting over drinks and snacks, with time to exchange ideas, meet fellow coaches and aspiring coaches, and connect with the Erickson community in the Netherlands.

From Coaching Sessions to a Signature Offer
There is no single formula for building a successful coaching practice.
But there is value in becoming clearer about the experience you bring, the people you want to serve, the transformation you want to support, and how those elements can come together in a coaching program that is distinctly yours.
This masterclass is an invitation to explore that next step.
And if your coaching journey is only beginning, come and see what could become possible.
Reserve your place and join Nadezhda and the Erickson community in Amsterdam on 3 October.
