Master Gardener Plant Fair at the Berkeley Springs State Park
May 10 -9 am to 6 pm
May 11 - 9 am to 4 pm
Come out for the WVU Extension Master Gardeners of Morgan County Plant Fair this year! We will have lots of annuals, perennials, and vegetable plants to get your garden off to a great start. There will be a kids tent with free activities as well. Lots of other vendors will be joining us offering a wonderful selection of goodies. This all starts on Friday, May 10 and ends on Saturday, May 11.
Joining us this year will be numerous unique vendors bringing some fantastic items.
Belles Acres: Handmade goats milk soaps and lotions
Cacapon Institute/PawPaw and Warm Springs Elementary Schools: Trees planted and grown by students., project facilitated by the Cacapon Institute
Creek House Farm: Goat milk soaps and other items
Double D's Bees: 100% local raw honey, 100% pure beeswax, candles, balms and salves
Forest Shepherd Farm: Assorted fruit trees, berry bushes, comfrey, willows and other plants
Glascock's Produce: Starter garden plants including several tomato varieties, herbs, and many other veggies and flowers
Leaf Me Alone: Handcrafted cement bird baths, patio tables and fountains
Masters Touch: Garden plants including herbs, and flowers
Mountain Micros Farm: assorted edible flowers, heirloom garden vegetables and fruits, culinary herbs
Peace In the Valley Herb Farm: Medicinal and culinary herbs, flowers, vegetable starter plants, all organically grown
Seta's Mushrooms: Fresh mushrooms, mushroom grow kits, mushroom jerky, mushroom tincture, the list goes on!
Settler's 4-H Upper Classman: Food Concession
Sleepy Creek Watershed: They have available at no cost homeowner guides to help residents protect drinking water sources and reduce pollution and sediment run-off into area streams and rivers. They also have financial assistant application for residents in their watershed to reimburse up to 50% of the cost of having home septic systems pumped and greater amounts of assistance in having septic systems repaired when required.
Snyder's Workshop: Bird houses, bird feeders, metal flowers, and garden signs
Star Eagle Gardens: Native plants, shrubs, trees, herbs, perennials, and dwarf irises
Warm Springs Herbal: We supply herbal products that are potent, pure, clean, and fresh. We cultivate and gather herbs with love and care; we never use pesticides or synthetic fertilizer.
Warm Springs Intermediate School: Seedlings to benefit their high tunnel garden
Warm Springs Watershed: WSWA'S focus will be on how to recognize and report potential violations of erosion and sediment control measures associated with construction of the 522 Bypass.
Woodworks by Jim: Cutting boards, trivets, kitchen spoons, drink coasters, and so much more
