Raúl Mejía a.k.a RULS is a distinguished master of mixing and mastering electronic music with over 20 years of industry experience. For the past 12 years, he has been a mixing and mastering electronic music instructor at SAE Institute Mexico, where he has trained numerous students who are now successful producers and DJs. Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide variety of artists and producers, helping them to polish and improve their productions to reach their full potential. His passion for electronic music and meticulous attention to detail are evident in every project he undertakes, always ensuring a high-quality and professional sound.
His innovative approach and ability to adapt to new technologies have made him a reference in the field of mixing and mastering. Additionally, his commitment to excellence and dedication to education have led him to share his knowledge through workshops and courses, inspiring the next generation of producers and DJs.

Raúl Mejía, the founder of Undergroove Music, has a strong background in music
graduating as a animator and buiting a solid Foundation in audio enginsering)
Over the past 2 decades, he has established himself as a producer and has had the opportunity to perform in over 20 countries, including some of the most renowned festivals.
RULS's sound has evolved and become refined over the years, owing in part to his involvement in numerous projects and collaborations with producers from around the globe as mixing and mastering engineer. These experiences have allowed him to explore different styles and approaches, further enhancing his musical maturity and attention to detail.
In 2008, Raúl Mejía co-founded Undergroove Music alongside Juan Carlos Navarro (Navarro). The label serves as a plattorm to showcase their own music as well as that of other talented artists
thousands of people from all corners the world.
Characterized by their infectious energy, carefully curated track selection, and the ability to create an immersive atmosphere on the dance floor. His sets have garnered him a reputation for being able to connect with his audience and deliver memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
