Master Bing, is a 15th generation Wudang Sanfeng Kungfu master. He will be teaching in the UK/Europe, in beautiful Oxford, in person for the first time ever this June! Master Bing will teach two consecutive weekend workshops, weekday evening classes and private classes are also available.Taiyi Wuxing Quan (Taiyi Five Element Form)
Taiyi Wuxing Quan (Taiyi Five Element Form) includes 25 groups & 81 movements. This is an important school of wudang internal work. The main contents of Taiyi School are somewhat similar to that of Wudang Taiji. Taiyi Wuxing Quan was founded by master Shouxing, who is of Longmen School of Wudang Taoism in Ming Dynasty. The principles of this Taiyi Wuxing Quan are based on Yin Yang & the Five Elements. This form is highly influenced by the Five-Animal Form of Hua Tuo, a famous doctor from the Han Dynasty. Taiyi Wuxing Quan also heavily relies on regulated breathing, striking and defense.
When practicing this form, the internal practice becomes more important than pysical strength. The body has cirular motion & moves slowly, smoothly & naturally. This form is filled with charm & magic.

Master Bing, is a 15th generation Wudang Sanfeng Kungfu master. Master Bing started his Kungfu practice when he was 6 years old, and has been training in Wudang Mountain since 1992 under the Sanfeng Kungfu Grandmaster Zhong Yunlong. Master Bing is broadly trained in a variety schools such as Taiji School (Taiji Men), Eight Diagram School (Bagua Men), Eight Immortal School (Baxian Men), Form-and-Will School (Xingyi Men), Eight Extreme School (Baji Men), Xuanwu School (Xuanwu Men), and is knowledgeable in Wudang Daoist Regimen. He has won first prize in national kungfu competitions and has participated in many kungfu exchange and performances, including in US, Taiwan, Singapore and Macao. He was selected as the leader of the Wudang Daoist Association Wudang Wushu Exhibition Troupe in 1998, and as the director of Wushu Association in Danjiangkou City of Hubei Province in 2003.
Master Bing has over 20 years of experience teaching wudang kungfu to students all over the world, including Wudang Mountain and in the United States. He regularly travels around the world to conduct master class and seminars to spread Wudang internal kungfu.
