Join us at Heart of BS13’s sustainable flower farm as we celebrate seasonal flowers! A great afternoon out for gardeners and families alike, this is an opportunity to visit our beautiful flower farm, learn about our social enterprise’s work and impact, and grab yourself some sustainably-grown plants at wholesale prices to grow your own flowers at home.
ORDER YOUR PLUG PLANTS AT https://www.heartofbs13.org.uk/event/massive-plant-sale-flower-farm-open-day-2/
This event is all about plant sales, to confirm a visit, please pre-order a tray of 15 plug plants (9 cm each) for £15. The selections in the pre order will be ideal for pollinators and cut flowers: zinnia, cosmos, dill, nicotiana, calendula, strawflowers, and statice.
All profits from our plant sale will go to supporting our social enterprise’s work to tackle health inequality and deliver green education and training opportunities in our community.
Local BS13 residents and kids can come for free (children must be accompanied by an adult). If you’d like to buy a tray of plants we recommend that you book in advance.
Event Highlights:
Flower Plug Plant Sale: Loads of lush flower plug plants available at wholesale prices.
Flower Crown Making: for kids at suggested donation of £1.
Farm Tour: Explore our beautiful flower farm, meet our team and see where our stunning flowers are grown.
Closed Loop Compost Tours: Learn about our sustainable composting practices and how they are improving the soil at the farm.
Social Enterprise Insight: Discover how our projects benefit the community and contribute to social good.
Don’t miss out! We look forward to welcoming you to Heart of BS13’s Flower Farm and sharing our love for local flowers with you.
