Mon Apr 08 2024 at 06:00 pm

Location

Massage Reimagined | Seattle, WA

Four-Week Class: The Classes will be on Monday Evenings From 6:00 PM to 8:00 on April 8, 15, 22, and 29.
Some of the topics include:
Alternative Client Acquisition Techniques: A class about some very unique and effective ways to get new clients
The Client Process: Acquisition, Interaction, Retention (This is the formula for a successful, long-term massage practice).
Proactive Reputation Management: How to build an excellent online reputation instead of waiting for it to magically happen.
Developing a World-Class Brand:
Creating A Compelling Personal Story
Developing Your Unique Massage Experience/Offerings
This is a very high-level massage business development and branding class intended for entrepreneurial massage therapists that want to build a thriving and sustainable massage practice (without discounting, having to post incessantly on social media platforms, or bothering your current or past clients with annoying and irrelevant emails).
The Problem/Opportunity
It can be incredibly difficult for independent massage therapists to build a thriving and self-sustaining private practice due to many reasons. Two of the most prominent are 1) a lack of practical business and entrepreneurial education and 2) the domination of local markets by big-box massage chains and strong regional competitors with sophisticated marketing teams and large marketing budgets. The result is that many talented independent massage therapists are unable to compete with larger companies even though they may offer a far superior service, experience, and outcomes.
So, if you do offer a far superior service, experience and outcomes, have a compelling story to tell, and have the desire to build your dream practice, come to this class and learn how to stand out from the crowd.
About Me
In addition to currently operating three successful massage practices and a massage school in Seattle, I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington in addition to over two decades of financial management, business development, and marketing experience.
Important Notes
There will be some assignments you have to do before the class.
This class is intended for solo practitioners and/or single practice owners only. If you own a multiple-location practice, please contact me before signing up.
This class is also intended for therapists who believe that they can offer superior service, experience, and outcomes as compared to the industry average. The reason why is that the strategies that I teach will not work for you if your work is not at that level yet.
This course is also a prerequisite for my other business classes. I will be teaching other, more in-depth, business classes, but you will have had to take this class to attend those.
