PM is seeking YOUR suggestions for sessions, tours, and presenters for the 2024 Statewide Historic Preservation Conference, to be held on Friday, September 27, at the Hanover Theatre in Worcester, Mass.
This biennial statewide conference is an important opportunity to bring together those involved with preservation, community, advocacy, and history to learn, share, mentor, and network.
Proposed sessions should present either through a model project or discussion of emerging trends, issues, and challenges. Possibilities include but are not limited to: best practices and case studies; educational sessions for programs and/or emerging technologies; “how-to” of technical preservation; and
preservation practices.
Proposed tours should include proposed sites, routes, and tour leaders along with method of transportation (walking, bus, etc.) from the conference site at the Hanover Theatre.
