The Family Life Ministry of the Archdiocese of Newark invites parents and families who have experienced the loss of a child at any stage of life to the 35th Annual Mass of Hope & Remembrance at St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church in Bloomfield, NJ, on Thursday, June 4th at 7 pm.
This Mass offers a sacred space for remembrance, healing, and hope, as we honor the lives of our children and entrust them to God’s loving care. All children’s names will be read during the Mass and included in the worship guide.
The liturgy will include a homily by Fr. Joe Kwiatkowski, as well as a witness talk from a bereaved parent. Following the Mass, all are invited to a simple reception where families can gather in a spirit of comfort, support, and community.
Seating is open, and the event is free to attend. Attendees are encouraged to register and/or submit a child’s name to be remembered.
