About this Event

You are formally invited to attend the Masquerade Ball Prom. Please attend in your finest ball gowns, suits, and eye masks for a magical night including dancing, a dessert bar, and a chance to be crowned a member of the Prom Court. We’d be delighted at your attendance and look forward to sharing the perfect evening with you.
Note: Dessert and Drinks only. Dinner will not be served at the event.
This is a drop-off event. Heartland HSTs will be chaperoning. Parents must complete this waiver and email it to Vanessa Kennelley at [email protected]. Your student may not be dropped off unless this waiver is completed.
Tickets are $50.00 if purchased before 3/1/23. Starting 3/1/23 ticket prices will be $60.00
Things you should know:

The venue is outdoors.
A Senior class King and Queen will be crowned. Also, a Junior, Sophomore, and Freshman prince and princess will be chosen as well. At the sign-in table, students will write their names down on a piece of paper and winners will be chosen by a lottery-style drawing.
Tickets are for sale to Heartland high school students only. Students are allowed to invite one friend. (This guest must be in at least 9th grade and not older than 20 years old.)

Disclaimer: The Prom Dance is subject to cancellation if not enough tickets are purchased.

Refunds will not be given. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you.

May I pay using my funds? No tickets for this event must be paid for out of pocket.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This event is for Heartland high school students and their guests only. If you purchase a ticket for a student that is not in at least 9th the student will not be able to attend and you will not receive a refund.

What are the check-in procedures? Check-in time is at 6:00 pm. There will be chaperones (HST’s) directing students. Students will check-in at a table by the entrance.

Is there on-site parking available? Students will park in the designated dirt lot west of the venue, which is right next door to the entrance.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No outside food or drinks.
