2. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in any event, and can only be accepted by the party organiser.

3. Cancellations can only be made by the party organiser and must be made in writing to [email protected]. We do not accept cancellations over the telephone.

Cancellation charges and refunds will be calculated as follows:

• If you cancel more than 110 days p.t.e.d we will refund 100% less deposit.
• If you cancel more than 56 days but less than 110 days p.t.e.d we will refund you 50% less deposit.
• If your cancel 56 days or less p.t.e.d there will be no refund

4. Any monies lost as a result of cancellations or drop-outs cannot be used for any other goods or services (including but not limited to drinks or casino money pre-orders).
