MASKED EVENT: Mask Chain Making Workshop

All participants must wear a KN94 mask or better for the duration of the workshop.

Come learn how to craft your own mask chain to decorate your favourite respirator. Jupiter will have a range of beads and charms available as well as chains of different colours to choose from. She'll show you the best practices she's learned over the past year of creating a variety of styles to suit almost any (K)N95 out there.

Cost of ticket covers materials, reference zine, Jupiter's teaching time and platform service fees. Studio fee has been generously donated.
Physical Access info: Jewelry making requires handling small pieces and gripping pliers. Support persons are welcome free of charge to support individuals with their access needs. Please email orbwitch [at] pm.me to let me know of any accommodation needs.
The builing's access info: Our entrance is at street level, has one 4-inch step with a StopGap ramp; non-automatic double doors, with each door measuring 27 inches wide. Our washroom is a single-stall, gender-neutral washroom, on the street level. The bathroom’s doorway measures 29.5 inches wide, the door is non-automatic and has a turning lever handle lock. The bathroom measures 76 inches by 80 inches. The bathroom has grab handles and a sink with lever handles and unscented soap. Our bathroom does not include a change table.

About the instructor: Jupiter Wildwood (she/any) is a maker, writer, and witch based in Toronto. She fell into mask chain making after getting some supplies for a holiday party and has been selling chains for a year now.
