MASK-MAKING WORKSHOP Part I

Place: The Studio, Centre Wakefield La Peche
In this one day workshop, master mask-maker Clelia Scala will teach participants to make a mould of their own face, which can be used in Part II to complete a permanent and durable mask made from Worbla (a non-toxic thermoplastic).
Participants will learn to make a permanent mould directly from their own face, which can be used to make theatre or other kinds of masks that fit their own face like a glove.
Depending on how many people register, participants may have to come back on Sunday at 10 a.m. to finish their mould.
