During this workshop we will be utilizing the Seven Arrows Breathwork System.Seven Arrows Breathwork is a powerful, guided journey through the seven directions – West, North, East, South, Above, Below & Within. Release old patterns, gain clarity, and reconnect with your deepest truth. Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern somatic techniques, this experience blends rhythmic breath, visualization, and intentional cuing to activate transformation on every level.
