MARYLAND DEATHFEST XXII REFUND POLICY

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED EXCEPT FOR UNAVOIDABLE EXCEPTIONAL CIRMCUMSTANCES TO BE JUDGED BY RE ENTERTAINMENT, LLC ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.

ALL DECISIONS OF RE ENTERTAINMENT, LLC ARE FINAL.

THE FOLLOWING SHALL NOT BE REASONS FOR REFUNDS:

· band line-up
· changes to band line-up
· inability to get off work
· other personal obligations
· scheduling issues
· transportation problems
· any other issue that RE Entertainment, LLC does not find to rise to the level of an unavoidable exceptional circumstance.

ALL REFUND REQUESTS CITING UNAVOIDABLE EXCEPTIONAL CIRMCUMSTANCES MUST BE MADE WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. ANY REQUESTS AFTER THAT WILL BE DENIED REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES.
