The Health Fair is brought to you by Mary Lanning Healthcare's Laboratory Services. These tests are designed to be screening tests only and are not intended to be a substitute for a complete physical examination by your family physician.
Results that you receive from the Mary Lanning Healthcare Health Fair do not contain physician contact information. Therefore it is your responsibility to contact your primary care physician for any follow up information.
The Mary Lanning Healthcare Health Fairs are open to ALL, no matter who your primary care provider is. You do not have to be a Mary Lanning Healthcare patient to attend.
Mary Lanning Healthcare Health Fairs offer:
- Health Fair Panel (CBC, General Chemistry Panel) -- $30.00
Please note the Health Fair Panel is not required, it is optional. Therefore you must select Health Fair Panel if you wish to receive it. - Glyco (Hemoglobin, A1C) -- $15.00
- Vitamin D -- $15.00
- PSA Screen (males age 50 and over) -- $10.00
