About this Event
The MarvNation Stadium Day Party is a large-scale HBCU homecoming experience created by MarvNation Events & Promotions, designed to bring together Lane College alumni, students, families, visitors, and the Jackson community for an unforgettable day of music, food, entertainment, networking, and celebration.
Taking place during Lane College Homecoming weekend in Jackson, Tennessee, the event transforms the stadium into a high-energy outdoor day-party experience. It combines the excitement of an HBCU homecoming with a festival atmosphere—DJs, vendors, food, VIP areas, games, photo opportunities, and a strong sense of school and community pride.
The 2026 event is planned for Friday, October 30, from 12 PM–7 PM, with an anticipated crowd of approximately 600 guests. The experience includes multiple DJs, food and merchandise vendors, VIP/lounge areas, security, picture booths, and branded sponsor activations.
Most importantly, the Stadium Day Party is about bringing people together and creating a signature homecoming experience that can become an annual MarvNation tradition in Jackson. Lane College’s homecoming programming has historically included community and alumni events, making the MarvNation concept an opportunity to add another major social experience around the weekend.
