About this Event
Drop-in to Carlisle Library for some fantastic Summer Reading Challenge themed crafts and activities.
Why not sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge at the same time?
Tuesday sessions are aimed at under 5s and their grown-ups.
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
About The Summer Reading Challenge
• The Summer Reading Challenge runs in staffed libraries in Cumbria
• It is FREE, FUN, and open to kids aged 4 upwards
• Mini challenge available for kids aged 3 and under
• This year’s theme is Marvellous Makers!
• Starts Saturday 13th July 2024.
• Read or share at least six library books during the holidays.
• Choose their own books…read anything you want
• Audio books also count!
• Collect stickers and prizes as they read
• Those who read six books receive a Medal and Certificate.
