We will also be using Chess-clocks for this event. Each player will be allocated 45 minutes (rounds will be 90 minutes total). We will not, however treat these as "Death clocks" (meaning if you run out of time you automatically lose). Instead if you run out of time you will still be able to win the game, however you will not be able to activate characters, use reactive tactics card or superpowers, you will simply exist to roll defense dice while your opponent is able to use the remainder of their clock to finish the game.
Additionally, Dials used to track Health and Power are not allowed for these events, as they are difficult to read across the table, and it is easier to misconstrue information with these. Instead, we recommend using the traditional Damage and Power tokens included in either core set, or d10s with appropriate holders to prevent them from being jostled during game-play.
