This class will feature a variety of Martinis. This is an incredibly versatile cocktail with an endless range of options. Each guest will be able to make two different martinis of their choosing. We will have plenty of options from dirty martinis to appletinis and everything inbetween! We will focus on the different versions of this cocktail that have been crafted over the years and how to make the version that best suites your tastes. We will also talk about the history of this cocktail and how it has evolved over time. As always the class will also feature four creative and delicous courses from the kitchen to pair with the cocktails.
