A fun and fast paced camp that's perfect for kids of all ability levels!
About this Event

Camp runs from 10 am to 12 pm Monday June 19th through Friday June 23rd
Each day consists of 50 minutes of review and instruction, a 10 minute break then 50 more minutes of fun drills and application
$75 includes a t-shirt and a pair of foam chucks
Campers can wear comfortable clothing or martial arts uniforms. We have uniforms available for purchase
We have a fridge here for drinks and snacks as well as water and Gatorade for sale
The camp is geared toward ages 5-13, class is broken up into groups based on age
We can easily adjust the material for all levels of fitness and prior martial arts experience
Each day will focus on different specific self defense techniques including: footwork, striking, blocking, falling, grab and ground defenses. Campers who pick up all of the material may be eligible to test for rank by the end of the camp
