New Strength & Conditioning Classes at Martial Arts of Waco!We’re excited to announce the launch of our Strength & Conditioning classes, designed specifically to prepare for the Murph Challenge in May!
� Schedule:
• Tuesdays: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Saturdays: 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (right after OpenMAT)
These sessions will focus on building endurance, strength, and mental toughness—all crucial elements for completing the Murph workout. Whether you're aiming to finish it for the first time or improve your previous time, this program will set you up for success.
� How to Join:
Simply write your name on the board, and you’re in! There’s no pressure—just a supportive community helping each other push limits and get stronger.
� Why Join?
• Improve your cardio, endurance, and strength
• Get expert guidance on Murph-specific training
• Be part of a motivated team working toward the same goal
• Earn bragging rights and get your name on the Murph Banner after successful completion!
Murph Workout
• 1-Mile Run
• 100 Pull-Ups
• 200 Push-Ups
• 300 Air Squats
• 1-Mile Run
Optional: Wear a 20-lb weighted vest (14 lbs for women).
We will be starting off with sets of 2 pull ups 4 push up and 6 air squats.
If you can not do a pull up don't worry we have rings and resistance bands to help.
This is an opportunity to challenge yourself, train hard, and build discipline. Get your name on the board and commit to the journey—May will be here before you know it!
