Practice Judo throws, Karate kicks, and relaxing Tai Chi forms in our fun recreation activity classes. Learn from expert instructors in classes suitable for all levels. Classes are open to the general public. Fall classes are forming soon. We offer:- Karate lessons (beginner & intermediate)
- Aikido (body arts & weapons)
- Judo (beginner & advanced)
- Tai Chi (beginner & advanced)
