About this Event
Oom Yung Doe Youth Camps teach Traditional Martial Arts movements and principles which help children discover lasting self-confidence and strength of character. The movement and lessons offered in this camp help students ages 10 to 14 discover lasting self confidence and strength of character, mind and body. Students will also build focus, mental discipline, and social skills needed to give students greater success for the coming school year.
This camp will explore movement from four different Traditional Martial Arts including Kong Su (Tae Kwon Do/Karate), Judo, Kung Fu, and Samurai Sword (bamboo sword) as well as self-defense, situational awareness, and safety tips.
Camp Information
- Ages: 10 to 14
- Dates: August 3rd to 7th (day camp only, no overnight accomodations)
- Time: 9:00am to 3:00pm
- Bring: Lunch and snacks (meals are not provided)
- Wear: Martial Arts uniform (if a current student) or something comfortable in which to be active
- Drop Off / Pick-Up: Please be prompt with Drop Off and Pick-Up
