Come learn and develop grappling take-downs and throws to enhance your martial arts practice.
A throw is a grappling technique that involves off-balancing or lifting an opponent and throwing them to the ground. A takedown is a technique that involves off-balancing an opponent and bringing him or her to the ground with the attacker landing on top.
There are many styles of throws and takedown that this class covers. Classes are held the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm.
Prerequisites:
SAMA -Orange Belt or Above, Yellow or Yellow/Orange Belt with instructor approval.
