Learn the fundamentals of Thai Boxing; starting with: Stance, Footwork, then moving on to Offense, Defense, and finally techniques!

teaches Boxing
Designed to teach all levels, from beginners to professional boxers, focusing on skill, self discipline and endurance conditioning
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own jump rope, hand wraps, and boxing gloves if they have them. A limited number of supplies will be provided.
