(we also have the option of a pre recorded video presentation if you wish for your profile to be shown via pre recorded video)

Early booking is highly recommended to avoid missing out on this one of a kind event, which has never been done before.
Key Information:
Please note all participants be it a friend or family member would need to provide basic information upon booking. Failure to comply will mean cancellation of ticket with no refund.
All presentations/Videos should be sent over to us 10 days before the event (22/7/26) failure to provide one in this time will mean you are unable to participate in the presenting format of the event. This should be done via PowerPoint if in person presenting, include at least one picture of you alongside your name. If pre recording video, please send this in with a clip being no longer than 3 minutes.
We may take some pictures and recordings during the event, should you wish not to be recorded please let us know prior to the event.
We will be enforcing a strict no refunds/exchange policy on all tickets regardless of reasoning.
We reserve the right to cancel anyone's ticket we may feel that are not suited for the event.
