DALLAS, TEXAS – June 8, 2026 — Emmy-nominated television personalities, entrepreneurs, investors, and executive producers Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson are bringing a powerful evening of inspiration, empowerment, and authentic conversation to Dallas on June 18, featuring the Texas launch of 1000 Women Owned and a live recording of their hit Marriage & Money Podcast with special guests David and Tamela Mann.
Hosted at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas, the event will gather entrepreneurs, executives, founders, investors, and community leaders for an evening centered on leadership, wealth creation, entrepreneurship, marriage, and legacy. Confirmed panelists include Marty Mac Donald (USA Today best selling author and CEO of Boss Women Media), Favor Lee (Powerhouse CPA), Sammy Bivens (CEO of Digital Marketing Maven), and Donna Letier ( CEO of Gardenuity)
The evening begins with the Dallas kickoff of 1000 Women Owned, the national nonprofit organization co-founded by Sherrod and serial entrepreneur and business coach Elizabeth Oates. The organization is committed to helping women entrepreneurs access the funding, mentorship, education, and community needed to scale sustainable businesses and create lasting economic impact. Its mission is ambitious yet simple: help 1,000 women-owned businesses thrive by 2030.
