The Marquette University Society of Women Engineers is excited to announce our 3rd Regional Convention, taking place this fall on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to approximately 4:00 p.m. in O’Brien Hall Room 150.
This year’s theme is: Engineering the Extraordinary
We invite you—and any colleagues or peers—to join us for this in-person, day-long event aimed at inspiring innovation, empowering leadership, and building meaningful connections.
The event will include:
• A keynote speaker - Kathleen Linehan, President of Alpha Corporation
• Two engaging panel discussions, each followed by discussion periods
• A leadership workshop
• A casual career fair during lunch
• Breakfast and lunch (details TBD on whether there will be a cost to attendees)

Career Fair Participation
We are also hosting a small-scale, casual career fair during lunch. Companies are welcome to reserve a complimentary table to connect with attendees from all participating SWE chapters. If you're interested, please respond to this email to register for a table.
We’re inviting representatives and students from Marquette, MSOE, Carthage, UW-Milwaukee, UW-Madison, and more. We expect around 100–150 attendees, including students and professionals from a wide range of industries. The event will follow a workshop-style format designed to foster interaction, conversation, and connection.
