Marma's are the “acupressure points” of Ayurveda, and an important means of Yogic energy healing. In this workshop we will focus on learning simple Marma Therapy techniques to promote balance and well-being during the autumn season for yourself, friends and family!Please dress comfortably. We will use Yoga mats and blankets, so feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
