Spring is just around the corner and the Marlborough Lions are gearing up for a fantastic Spring '25 Couch to 5K session. We hope you are ready to join us. This program is a lot of fun with no pressure and lots of encouragement and support. We're sure you will enjoy it. It's ok to join and walk if that is more your speed. There is no judgement and everyone goes at their own pace.1. Please register in advance if possible. 2. We will print waiver forms for those who register early and ask you to sign these the first time you attend. Blank waivers will also be available.
3. The Lions Club will provide water for you if needed.
4. The Jefferson Street parking lot renovation is complete and we will be gathering there as our starting point.
5. This is a 10-week program so please dress appropriately. It can get chilly in the beginning from the wind but later in the program it gets nice and warm.
6. RAIN: if we get rained out more than 2 days within a week, we will repeat that week the following Monday. I will email the group by 5:45pm if we are rained out.
I can’t wait to see everyone and hear your stories of how you were able to run 3.1 miles because of this program.
