Start your Sunday with a soulful yoga flow in the serene surroundings of Marlay Park. Whether you're an experienced yogi or a beginner, take a break from your busy schedule and connect with nature as Jo guides you through a nourishing yoga flow.

What to expect? Grounding yoga flow suitable for all levels, guided breathwork and meditation, all followed up by a restorative savasana.

What to bring? A yoga mat if you have one (there will be a few spares), water and an open heart. Please keep an eye on the weather and wear layers so that you feel nice and cosy.

Meeting point: Our class will take place near to the iron man statue. From the main house/car park walk up the path to the left (towards Ballinteer St John's pitches/clubhouse).
