**This Seminar is for Workers or Trainees ONLY****NO REFUNDS**Seminar starts at 2pmThis means show up between 1pm & 130 pm and be dressed and ready to go by 2pmAnyone who is not RCW staff or signed up for the seminar is not permitted in the building during the seminar (see Melissa if you need to speak to someone about this) Please do not bring anyone with you that has not paid to be there , they will be asked to leave or pay the seminar feePlease make sure you have gym clothes and/gear with you for the seminar Also make sure you bring some water or gatorade to drink! NO ENERGY DRINKS ALLOWEDDisrespect will not be tolerated at the seminar. Anyone being rude or disrespectful to ANYONE, especially Marko, will kindly be asked to leave, not receive a refund, and will not be returning to RCW in any capacity . He is doing this seminar FOR YOU, because he wants to not because he has to, so please be on time, be respectful and enjoy yourself!
