Identifying Trends : This session will teach us how to distinguish between the two. Participants will learn how to turn trends into lasting opportunities. We’ll show you how successful companies spot trends, and become vulnerable to fads.
Conducting Market Research : Participants will explore existing research in the field, being both imaginative and collaborative in their use of secondary sources; investigating both the best qualities in these sources and what to look out for. Get ready, for an exploration into this element of decision making!
Tips for Achieving Success : There is a range of marketing strategies to explore. During the course, participants will review their practices and track additional steps that can facilitate better results.
Crafting Mission Statements : We’ll end where this version of our workshop began: talking and writing together about possible mission statements that work for the author. Which path do you want to take?
Creating Brochures : Here participants will be able to evaluate brochures used by different organizations and distill a standard set of principles they can apply in their own departments. Learn how others craft their brochures!
Mastering Trade Shows :Participants are encouraged collaborate and checklist of activities before during and during trade event. We’ll come up with a plan for how to succeed at trade shows!
Developing a Marketing Plan : Participants will further their ability to produce winning marketing propositions using the six Ps approach. They will discover the magic of SWOT analyses – and learn how thrift can be turned into triumphs.
Boosting Business Growth: Discover the key, to increasing your sales through proven strategies at this session. Discover tips and strategies that you can put into action away!
Saying "No" to New Business : Participants will gain insight into why you should say ‘no’ sometimes, what exactly you are doing when you say ‘no’, as well as when it is best to say ‘no’, and how it can help you perform your job better when you do.
Demystifying Advertising : Our participants will delve into some held misconceptions about advertising uncovering surprising truths!
Networking Advice : By the end of the day, participants will have mastered the art of networking, learning strategies and tactics that will help them appear approachable, build new connections, new possibilities, and advance in their careers.
Wrapping Up the Workshop : On completion of the course, participants can spend more time reflecting, receive a Q and A, and even start developing sticky notes that outline action plans in tailored fashion.
