Marillion Weekend Tallinn 2027 / Alexela Kontserdimaja

🇪🇪 Legendaarne Marillion Weekend esimest korda Tallinnas
16. ja 17. aprillil 2027 jõuab Alexela Kontserdimajja Briti progressiivroki legend Marillion oma erilise Marillion Weekend formaadiga. Kahe õhtu jooksul annab bänd kaks erineva kavaga täispikka kontserti ning kummalgi õhtul astub lavale ka kodumaine erikülaline – 16. aprillil Indrek Patte Band ja 17. aprillil Pantokraator. Müügile tulevad piletid ainult kaheks päevaks.
Marillion Weekend ei ole tavapärane kontserttuur, kus sama kava liigub õhtust õhtusse ühest linnast teise. Tegemist on bändi enda loodud festivaliformaadiga, mille keskmes on erinevateks õhtuteks koostatudteistsugused kontserdikavad ning võimalus kogeda Marillioni loomingut märksa laiemalt kui ühe tavapärase kontserdi jooksul.
Tallinnas astub Marillion lavale kahel järjestikusel õhtul – reedel, 16. aprillil ja laupäeval, 17. aprillil – ning mõlemal õhtul esitab bänd eraldi kava. Seetõttu moodustavad kaks kontserti ühe tervikliku Marillion Weekendi.
Marillion Weekendide traditsioon ulatub 2002. aastasse. Aastate jooksul on neist kujunenud bändi ja tema rahvusvahelise fännibaasi jaoks erilise staatusega sündmused, kuhu reisitakse kokku üle maailma. Weekendide repertuaar on tavaliselt ulatunud tuntud kontserdilemmikutest harvem esitatavate palade ja pikkade eeposteni ning erinevatel aastatel on kavades olnud ka tervikuna ette kantud albumeid. Kõige olulisem põhimõte on püsinud muutumatuna: iga kontsert on omaette sündmus ja järgmine õhtu ei korda eelmist.
Marillion on ise nimetanud Weekendide atmosfääri erakordseks – need on sündmused, mille ettevalmistusse läheb tavalisest kontserdist märksa rohkem tööd ning kus publikust kujuneb mõneks päevaks justkui üks üle maailma kokku tulnud Marillioni kogukond.
2027. aastal naaseb Marillion Weekend rahvusvahelise sündmuste sarjana. Lisaks Tallinnale toimuvad Weekendid muu hulgas Hollandis Port Zélandes, Marseille’s, Leicesteris, Barcelonas, Berliinis ja Krakówis, mis on ka juba välja müüdud..
Marillion esitab mõlemal õhtul erineva kontserdikava.
Sündmusele müüakse ainult kahepäevapileteid, mis tagavad sissepääsu mõlemale kontserdiõhtule.
Piletite avalik müük Marillion Weekendile algab Piletilevis 7. oktoobril, Musaklubi liikmed saavad pileteid osta koodi alusel juba alates 6. oktoobrist.

🇬🇧 LEGENDARY MARILLION WEEKEND COMES TO TALLINN FOR THE FIRST TIME
On 16 and 17 April 2027, British progressive rock legends Marillion will bring their special Marillion Weekendformat to Alexela Concert Hall in Tallinn for the first time.
Over two evenings, the band will perform two full-length concerts with different setlists, with a special Estonian guest appearing each night – Indrek Patte Band on 16 April and Pantokraator on 17 April. Tickets will be available exclusively as two-day passes.
Marillion Weekend is not a conventional concert tour where the same show travels from city to city night after night. It is a festival-style format created by the band themselves, centred around different concert programmes for each evening and giving audiences the opportunity to experience Marillion’s music in far greater depth than at a typical single concert.
In Tallinn, Marillion will take the stage on two consecutive evenings – Friday, 16 April and Saturday, 17 April – performing a different set each night. The two concerts therefore form one complete Marillion Weekend experience.
The Marillion Weekend tradition dates back to 2002. Over the years, these events have acquired a special status among the band and their international fanbase, attracting fans who travel from all over the world to attend. Weekend setlists have traditionally ranged from well-known live favourites to rarely performed songs and lengthy epics, while some editions have also featured complete albums performed from beginning to end.
The most important principle has always remained the same: each concert is a unique event, and the following night does not repeat the previous one.
Marillion themselves have described the atmosphere of the Weekends as extraordinary. These events require considerably more preparation than a regular concert and, for a few days, the audience becomes something of a worldwide Marillion community gathered together in one place.
In 2027, Marillion Weekend returns as an international series of events. In addition to Tallinn, Weekends will take place in Port Zélande in the Netherlands, Marseille, Leicester, Barcelona, Berlin and Kraków, among other locations. The Kraków Weekend is already sold out.
Marillion will perform a different concert programme on each of the two nights.
Only two-day tickets will be available for the event, providing admission to both concert evenings.
General ticket sales for Marillion Weekend Tallinn begin on 7 October. Musaklubi members will have access to tickets with a pre-sale code from 6 October.
