Our annual Pancake Breakfast will be held on Saturday December 20, 2025 from 9 AM -12 PM at the Celebrations Event Center at 100 St. Marks Dr. South Pekin IL. The Christmas season is quickly approaching and we want to make sure the individuals of Marigold Estaes have an amazing Christmas this year. As you may already know, Marigold Estates is a 16-bed intermediate care facility for developmentally disabled adults in Pekin, Illinois. Our residents currently receive $60.00 a month for their personal spending. That money is spent on clothing, personal purchases, community events/festivals, out to eat meals, and everything in between. As you can imagine, that doesn't stretch far. We are currently seeking donations, donations can consist of baskets for raffles, a donation of a service, or a product to be raffled. You may purchase a meal ticket in advance for $9/adult or $6/child ages 5-12 or at the door the day of for $10/adult and $7/child. All children 4 and under eat free!
The pancake meal consists of all you can eat pancakes, sausage and a drink. All proceeds will go towards the residents Christmas as well as Activities.
