Marietta's Fourth of July Annual Parade 2024

The City of Marietta's 4th In The Park Celebration begins Thursday July 4 2024 at 10:00 am and includes a parade free live concerts arts and crafts show food carnival games and fireworks finale. 

The Marietta Let Freedom Ring Parade is part of the Fourth in the Park Festival which is held annually. This traditional old fashioned non-violent day of family fun is centered on the July 4th celebration and includes arts and crafts entertainment food concessions carnival games evening concert and fireworks. The 1-½ mile parade begins at the Roswell Street Baptist Church travels west on Roswell Street north on East Park Square and Cherokee Street and ends at North Marietta Parkway.

The Marietta Let Freedom Ring Parade includes 110 entries, 2,000 participants and an estimated 30,000 spectators. The parade begins at 10:00am at Roswell Street Baptist Church and travels west on Roswell Street, north on East Park Square past Glover Park and the Square, down Cherokee Street and ends at North Marietta Parkway. The end of the parade marks the start of the Festival. Food concessions, arts and crafts and carnival will provide plenty to do for the whole family.

Entries include marching units from the city of Marietta, civic organizations, beauty queens, scouts and local businesses. Application deadline is May 31, 2024 5:00pm. (Late applications will not be accepted.)

Arts & Craft Show 

The 4th in the Park celebration on Historic Marietta Square is coupled with a large arts and crafts show that continues all day. For more information or to apply to be a vendor visit the JRM Management website.

Concert Table Reservations

The evening concerts on the stage in Glover Park will begin at 7:00 pm & float you into the fireworks show at 9:30pm. A limited number of tables will be available on a first-served basis.
